Our commitment
We design and maintain this site with accessibility in mind so that anyone — including visitors who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or high-contrast modes — can learn about our care and reach us comfortably.
The standard we follow
This site targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the conformance level most widely referenced for accessibility in the United States — and incorporates improvements from WCAG 2.2 Level AA where they apply.
What we've built in
Specific features include semantic HTML and landmark structure, descriptive page titles, alternative text for meaningful imagery, visible keyboard focus indicators, a "Skip to main content" link, ARIA labels on interactive controls, accessible form labels on the booking widget, color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on body and tertiary text, support for OS-level high-contrast and reduced-motion preferences, and a mobile menu and dropdown that work with both touch and keyboard.
Known limitations
Some content embedded from third parties — such as the Google Maps panel on the Contact page — is not under our direct control and may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every respect. Our address and a "call or text" alternative are always available so map information is reachable without the embed.
